PEDIGREE

The firm is relatively new and has an outstanding reputation as one of the most effective and professional firms in Gauteng and  Limpopo . The firm has opened an office in Polokwane. This forms part of the firm’s strategic decisions which was necessitated by demands of our clientele in that Province. Also, the firm services a sizeable number of institutional and corporate clients.

Mafa and Associates has recently appointed two associates. This is a significant development for the firm and will bolster and fortify the firm’s corporate and commercial dimension. This is in line with the firm’s vision to ensure organic growth of the firm within a reasonable period.

CAPACITY

Capacity is not defined by the number of people who could possibly execute a particular task, but rather by the ability and expertise of an individual to carry out a particular task in an excellent and cost-efficient manner. We are quite mindful of the importance of team work, especially, amidst those complex assignments which require the attention of more than one person. We are at present engaged in serious negotiations to bring on board young black lawyers with sound corporate and commercial background, or at least interest in corporate and commercial law (including contractual, transactional and regulatory work) and administrative law.
